Disappointing on every level!!
Nick Scali are useless and simply don't care once they have your money! After purchasing a couch which took much longer than advised for delivery and then experiencing issues after delivery, I have received no response to my countless messages and phone calls to them.
Please don't make the same mistake that I did and either save your money or purchase from a more reputable furniture company.

This company deliberately rip off and exploit people with disabilities by charging them a higher price than initially quoted. BEWARE!!! I work with the NDIS and witnessed them trying to rip off a client by asking for an extra $50 higher than that which was originally quoted. UNETHICAL & SHAMELESS!! This company EXPLOIT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES by DELIBERATELY RIPPING THEM OFF!!!
