This company is a jewel amongst tradies. Our appointment was for between 11.00 am and 11.30 am. I received a call from our technician at about 11 am to apologise that he was running late and would now arrive at about 11.45. He rang the door-bell at 11.40 am. For me, punctuality (or up-dated advice) is right up there with a professional job and leaving the place as clean as it was before work started. All of which I received.
