We made CUDO booking Dec/29 @11.30am. The Cafe was closed and noone pick up the phone. We came from Bankstown so it was a long way so we waited till 12noon and went to other cafe nearby instead. Tried to make calls but always unsucceed until today. I explained the shop was closed and nobody pick up my calls but was rejected my CUDO voucher has expired he said. Very upset..
Bad customer service, the cafe itself look shaby n sad in a corner you can hardly recognise that it is a cafe. Very disappointed.
