We've been with DHT for over 2yrs now. Jess & Jenny have been amazing in responding to requests for additional assistance or changes to our needs. Christina, our cleaning goddess, has become part of the family. No matter what is going on here, from ongoing renovations, major health issues, the number or ages of visitors staying (including family fur babies), she has been there for us keeping our home healthily clean & tidy, picking up scripts or basic groceries when I've not been able to, dodging physios and other support folk; providing words and acts of kindness in the most timely way. I don't know how we'd have managed without her.

I've experienced a range of service from the managers/admin & staff - one in particular. I can only applaud Jen & Jess for their empathy & professionalism in dealing with some challengiing circumstances on the management side (outside my control) - they've gone above & beyond. As to my specific angel - Christina, well, she has been looking after our home for over 2 yrs now, with the odd assistance from Leska & others when she's been on deserved breaks. Christina has become, not only the angel who keeps our home clean & welcoming, but a part of the family - although I know that's not usually an expected component of the excellent service DHT offer. Christina though, has been here throough a range of challenges we all face last year (previously posted) & some more, less serious ones this year. Throughout, she has offered not only her professional services, but an empathetic ear, the unexpected coffee in front of me, to a range of unrequested help or the thought to arrange cleaning in time for other medical services to be unaffected by her work. Our family have come to know and trust her, even my oldest grandson wanting to share his art or other current favourite toy for her admiration. She never fails to go above what helps us keep going, no matter what has happened to rearrange our lives in any week. Regardless of what is happening in her own life, she is there for us every time - a professional in every way, but also, a hell of a lot more to us, & I'm sure, to her other clients. I couldn't go higher in my recommendations of the company, but as to Christina - I'd probably have to say she's the worst - but only because I truly dread her leaving us! :)

Jess & Jen have been wonderful from the first time I contacted them. They've been supportive & understanding and excellent communicators. On the rare occasion Christina has been unavailable, they have organised someone who works in well with us. Christina, who regularly looks after us, is our amazing angel. This has been a difficult year for my wider family. Early in the year my father had to undergo multiple, extensive surgeries and almost lost a leg; followed mid-year by a heart issue. During the same period, my partner was recovering from a stroke and 2 subsequent heart surgeries, our 2nd grandchild was born; and my mum, a long term Parkinson's sufferer, passed away. While we've become used to & grateful for Christina's care & special little touches, her wider efforts this year to help me cope with everything by keeping our home clean and cared for; her efforts this year have been outstanding. She has been there quietly supportive, empathetic in everything she's done. Knowing that when we've been called away urgently, I have nothing to worry about, that Christina will just do what she does - it eases the stress. To come home to well presented beds, to have my grandson's bed caringly made with his favourite sleep toys ready by his pillow (with his favourite pillow & doona cover). And if that wasn't enough, she organised all she does around 6mths of tradesmen creating havoc in various parts of the house following an extensive termite infestation. Christina goes the extra distance in her thoughtfulness - right down to a coffee being placed in front of me on a couple of days I was feeling overwhelmed by all that was going on. I can't fault Don't Have Time - I'd recommend them to anyone. As to Christina - I'm willing to share - but only so you too can share in her awesomeness!

Thanks to the awesome Christina who has been regularly looking after our home for some time now. She's always happy and friendly, always happy to do something extra where it's needed - and more often than not, because she noticed it needed doing. She's been incredibly understanding of my current physical challenges following surgery, and works in with and around the other helpers I have occasionally attend at the same time she is here. My home is always left clean and fresh and she is a professional who clearly knows how to achieve what is needed in the short time allocated. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a lovely clean home without any fuss involved.
