Feel disappointed as our company got blinds installed by this company. There was a faulty in the ends of the blind and have fallen off a few times. Under warranty they came to fix them, only to occur again. I sent emails from September 2020 with no response, to call and find out the guy left who I usually spoke to. I then was told to email through to Phil, who never actioned getting the end re-fixed. The Last email I have was march this year from Phil saying "Sorry for the delay, we should have already actioned this. We'll contact you early next week to fix" which never happened. Instead I emailed again in march, no response, then April , no response. Lockdown and restrictions hit, so I let it be, but then contacted again 13th Oct and again no response. Very poor communication and management.
