I went to purchase prepaid mobile broadband and a printer. I stood looking for a long time and no-one approached to help me. I eventually went to the counter and the man just pointed at where the items were without asking other staff to assist me. Also, the music was so loud in there that you could barely have a conversation anyway. I have purchased mobile phones from them in the past but I will not go there again!

I purchased a prepaid mobile broadband which turned out to be defective. When I returned it, the staff could not have been more helpful, even contacting the relevant company for me. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very friendly.

dick smith stores seem to have really bad customer service from my personal experience with them as well.
