I have been a few times and I see that the price and quality is not too bad. At the same time there is a satisfactory customer service. The negative would be the fact that there are too many products and the shop looks disorganised. This causes frustration to the customer especially if you are trying to find something quickly. It s almost impossible.

I visited the store a few times. I am not 100% happy with quality for the products.
There is no customer service whatsoever and this is really inconvenient because this store is very big and not at all customer service. I am not sure why although they spend a lot of money on advertising they dont really spend much on training people for customer service. I am not happy with the quality.

I love this store. It has great variety of products and also good quality. I loved the service and i found that the staff are friendly and with a lot of suggestions. The products are a bit expensive. But saying that the had a sales section that actually I was able to buy a beautiful dress for just $20 dollars.

Good variety, polite staff but a bit slow service. Good value for money. I see that there is luck in helping the customers with suggestions and there are not enough offers. I also think that if there was more effort with customer service their sales would increase and the customers would be loyal.
