Friendly staff- very clean centre- hosts special days too-
Pensioner day Tuesday- yummy popcorn and of course sweets and drinks- close to transport and shops- restaurants-KFC - Maccas- Pizza Hut -2d- $9 3D $11 from 9 am to even 11pm starts- I love taking my GRANDKIDS here- we can eat lunch before or Dinner before or After or even supper across the road- an all day or all evening time out- very nice setting- always a joy to visit and watch the latest movies- senior card and pensioner card discounts too-

These Botanical gardens and lake are just amazing- wonderful bird life wonderful flora- well kept gardens- beautiful bush Chapel for weddings- a Chinese Garden- a fantastic orchid house manned daily - nature walkways- grassy grounds to picnic in- turtles and fish varieties in the lake- - 85 varieties of orchids to view and lean about in the orchid house- this is a wonderful natural escape for all the family- only a small car park but plenty of kerbside parking- easy to find- easy to get to and absolutely delightful & FREE- lots of community events are held in these gardens too-natural bird sanctuary - -kids love it- nature lovers delight- a wonderful community asset- walking distance to the beach too - buses pass and stop close by-

Easy parking- very informed and informative helpful staff- plenty to choose from items- from fridges to lounges to computers and phones to linen- we recently needed to buy a new phone and two fridges for two different types of household- we needed very urgent fast delivery- we were desperate- we were forced to run in at almost closing time too- we were looked after well NOT harassed to hurry- we assisted in each area- then were given the name and number of someone who would assist to take the two non working fridges too- arranged free delivery- we were very well received very pleased with service of all - and delivery people were very helpful too- easy to find easy to park and good value fo appliances- price range to suit all pockets-

Another great business and service in Hervey Bay-Top quality food- very fresh and tasty- a more varied menu- has ready to serve hot roasts- roast lamb dinners- Roast chicken dinners etc the lamb dinners are very filling and a great alternative- so a family member who's unable to eat chicken can be catered for at same time- saving mum or dad from going shop to shop for a decent take out meal- very reasonably priced- Easy parking- easy to locate- can also dine in or outdoors - or of course take away- very community minded owner- supports local clubs and services-

This is a warm friendly club- great place to meet for a drink- have a game of bowls- learn to play bowls ( lawn) darts other sporting fun- everything is great value- fresh friendly staff- pleasant place to take the whole family - the whole family can play bowls- close to transport and shops- bingo too- this is a truly community mixed club - with wonderful values- a lovely place to take mum and dad- nan and pop- meet friends or even enjoy the safety and friendliness alone with a wine and snack- everyone is made welcome- and at home-

Lindsay is an exceptionally caring and wonderful masseus- he will make you so comfortable- he will rejuvenate your body and help you relax- he has a vast experience and great knowledge of alternate theries- he is highly qualified- does Spial adjustment- sports massage-ligament & muscle manipulation- overall makes matters so much better- very reliable- very comforting and supportive too- if there isn't an answer please leave a message Lindsay will get back to you - he is a man of the land- and knows the human body well- Lindsay saved my days many times when I've attended conferences- with my very stiff painful hands and body riddled with rheumatoid arthritis- Lindsay explained and showed me how to also help myself further with diet and self manipulation reducing need for so many medications- I can testify to his wonderful hands and treatment-

What a fantastic service - just amazing - was the definately saviour during my 2 day stay in Brisbane- truly saved the possibility of me ever staying at grand chancellor again- having this service at the door - the driver took us out to the RBH- and as part of the service at the hotel meant the e cab was able to come pick us up and take us to the station to return home- oh this was the absolute best service I have had ever in travel in Brisbane- very friendly drivers and beautiful cars- just smooth beautiful and very reasonable price - very comparable to cab fares- customer service is good old fashioned tru care- customer is priority- spot on times-more than silver service I think- gold service - this company and the concept is just fantastic and I know I will use them every trip to Brisbane- I cannot find enough words to say about this service- they turned a not so pleasant stay into a fabulous ending to the trip to the conference- THANK YOU -OZ E Cab-& thanks Hotel Grand chancellor for the introduction to this amazing service-

This was huge disappointment- absolutely nothing at all like it is advertised- - over bath showers- steps up into bathroom - wooden consentina doors hard to open - hard to close into very tight squeeze bathroom- NO microwave (was promised on request-) wonderful friendly staff- meals average-but nice- venue for conferences great- but also away from main shops etc so whilst in city- everything is a distance if on foot if any form of disability - very expensive for the very disappointing rooms- we had trouble with card entry- we asked for twin for two people - given a double bed - so room had to be changed- then trouble with card entry again- we asked for extra pillows and microwave - again neither- we then were put in a very uncomfy room with steps up to balcony ( no seating out there) we were forced to pay a day before leaving- we asked for room service and came back to un serviced room- we then weren't given extra tea coffee etc we had to ask 3 times- just a problem - STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY- and helpful- this was one of the worst places I have stayed in- definatly not 4 star- I would give 2 1/2 -3 - WHAT WAS FANTASTIC- though was having a private cab service available- the cab service was wonderful- to the door and even came picked us up and took us to the train- a set price- same prices as cabs but just fantastic service- so this lifted the possibility of me ever staying there again - I will now that I know exactly what you do get for the $$ I was charged 2 different prices for the same room- $209 one night $ 140 the second- definitely not worth more than $140- Linen was threadbare- as I say advertising is not correct- photos must be 10 years old- If I had know it was as it was I wouldn't have stayed there for sure- but having done so now- yes I might because of the private cab service only- it saved my day- I'm semi disabled- this cab service was huge help and did save my day and the story of our stay here- lights DIDNT work- power points broken- very disappointed -
