Amazingly comfortable units- fully equipped with kitchenette- cleverly hidden laundry in each unit- balcony front and back- BBQ area - small pool- very attractive prices- clean comfy & very affordable-perfect for families- only problem is STAIRS- lots of stairs- most apartments are upstairs - not sure what ground level apartments are like- however they must be wheel chair accessible as there were two people using wheelchairs when we stayed- close to shops- bottle shops transport doctors etc- very helpful friendly owners-

A beautiful experience- well presented older but quality hotel - furnishings lovely- beds amazingly comfortable- wonderful friendly staff- small very comfy bar & restaurant- food prices a bit over the top- menu isn't very big and yes costly but available 24 hrs- the comfort and friendliness was so good we were able to overlook the short n pricy menu- drinks were great and reasonable prices- definitely will return - for special occasion too amazing functions rooms- free Internet wifi -

The Kondari is just the most amazing place to take family- or go solo- kids love it too- wonderful lake and gardens- swimming pool for people staying in either cabins or motel- 2 bars- wonderful restaurant indoor and outdoor deck dining- a sports bar for punters- a pokies lounge- a wonderful place for weddings- seminars etc- live entertainment- poker games- and the menu is amazing- fantastic specials - kids eat free days- full hot & cold buffet - very friendly staff- courtesy bus- in the most fantastic location- close to famous pier and harbour- botanical gardens down the road- walking distance to shops and pier etc- Quality is very very good in all areas of this wonderful resort- while Kondari is a resort - anyone welcome to visit for lunch - dinner -gaming- walks in gardens and around the lake- turtles hatch kids love it- beer garden is great too - end of week free Bbq- also great kids parties arranged too - young and old just love this place-

Mark was the chaps name- he responded quickly to give a quote- saw how desperate we had become- 2 toilets not working- and a water leak costing us $$$ - gave the quote - realised I was I'll in bed and no loo - offerered to return and fix my ENSUITE loo and do the other later as we also run a voluntary business and my Carer needed to cover that too- well he returned with 2 toilets and had fixed and replaced new loos- fixed the water leak and put new parts all within 2 hrs of coming to do the quote- and ever so affordable to us as aged and disabled pensioners- was so friendly- helpful- cleaned up and to the dollar quoted- under $350 - we just couldn't have got better anywhere- I would recommend Mark Mahon to anyone- Mark is registered with hip ages too - just fantastic service -
