Great shop layout, everything is tidy but it is somewhat small, which is the only fault I can find. Great customer service, they helped me out a lot, and there are some great deals you can find, especially with the cool letters they sell.
If you mention the big value book in store you get 20% off, even if you don't have the voucher! I think it finishes at the end of August so get it while you can :)
