I was very upset over a buyer pest inspection I had and the inspector cut 3 holes in my walls and put ugly vents in them. I thought this isn't legal (but my real estate said it was legal for him to cut the holes). I was so upset the final result was that I had live termites in my roof so I rang Tony to get a quote. He said I sounded flustered so he came over and inspected the vents and said that there was no moisture in the walls and that didn't need to happen. He also climbed through my roof above my main bedroom and said it was only TIMBER ROT due to a water leak. There were NO LIVE TERMITES in the roof. I was so relieved and he made me feel better and he didn't charge for the inspection. He is a genuine trustworthy and very good pest inspector. I would highly recommend Tony for pest inspections on the entire Gold Coast. Thank you

I AM SO UPSET TODAY!!!! I booked an appointment 8 days ago for 19 hair strands to be attached to my hair and this morning I didn't have it done!!!! Lisa was SO RUDE TO ME!!!!! I won't say I wasn't late about 12 mins but when I got there she was about to go out and she said she had a 12midday appointment!!! I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK!!!! WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO APPLY 19 HAIR STRANDS IN 30 MINUTES WHEN SHE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES TO COMPLETE. So something is wrong here!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!
