I had a terrible experience with Absolute Domestic. I hired them to clean my home, and they sent two very young cleaners, Jasmine Scott and Jasmin Bochow, who were supposed to work for 5 hours. However, my electronic lock records show they were only present for 4 hours. Not only did they fail to complete the basic cleaning tasks, but for instance, they created a mess in the kitchen themselves and left it unclean! I had an important work meeting scheduled after they were supposed to finish, but due to their incompetence, I had to rush around to clean the house myself.

When I provided evidence to Absolute Domestic, they completely shirked their responsibility, claiming the cleaners were independent contractors. They charged me for 5 hours of work but only provided 4 hours of no service just presence! This is theft. Their lack of accountability is unacceptable. The countless emails and phone calls I made to resolve this issue were a complete waste of my time and energy. I advise anyone to stay far away from this company.
