Love their clothes and accessories, but as with everyone else, my complaint would be the price... $119 for a pair of skinny jeans? $89.99 for a hoody?
You are paying for the brand, as we all know.
I should here much more often if the prices were reasonable, but that isn't going to happen.
I mainly purchase when they have a clearance sale... or chuck something on layby.
Sales staff are friendly, but come across a little fake when they begin to ask what you are up to this weekend etc....
I preferred them before they changed hands (?) or changed their menu / batter recipe. Something went downhill. Meanwhile the prices zoomed up.
We used to get fish and chips here each month, but go elsewhere now.
Disappointing as you used to get so much for your money, even just a couple of years ago.
I drop in here every now and then while shopping.
Can't fault them, a very clean store, often a lovely person to great you and hand you a basket at the door. Convenient location with the exit to the car park nearby.

Love it here, great food... yummy dip platter. And, they make great coffee.
Love to sit out in the street and watch the cars go by.

I enjoy being able to write both positive and negative reviews, and try to be constructive.
I refuse to be one who only comes on here for positives, I tell it how it is, good or bad.
I have to say it is annoying when you see a business with one 5 star review in a sea of negatives, and with the information given in the their review, it is clear they are from the business - and you can see on their account it is the one and only review they have ever done. But, what can you do.
Although I gave it average to good stars, I do love this Nandos. They are nearby, in a good shopping area, and have outdoor seating.
Like any Nandos, they are expensive, and a chicken tenders meal with a drink costs just under $20 - a price you would expect to pay at a 'proper' restaurant. But, you can't get the Nandos taste anywhere else, so, you pay for the originality.
Staff at this store are not particularly friendly, and I find it annoying that you walk into the store, look up at the menu for 1 second and they are demanding that you order - "Yes please what would you like". Every single time I have to say, "I literally have just waked in... give me a second to read the menu!".

Very pricey entry in my opinion, for just entering a tall building and looking out of windows... they know how to make their money at almost $20 per person.
Wouldn't dare eat or drink anything up there, I can imagine the cost.
Something we might do once a year or so, just for fun.
I have a different experience to write than most other reviews.
In my honest opinion I find them to be very pricey, particularly on vitamins, and even sanitary products...
When asking advice from the female pharmacist, I didn't find her very friendly or very helpful.
When I last went in, the store was a real mess, boxes all over the floor around the pharmacist section at the back.
I would come here to fill a script if I need to, but that would be it.
I would also agree with the poor layout, with the registers against the right hand side wall. You don't know where to stand while waiting, and there is a particular spot you are meant to stand for purchasing keno tickets, picking up a parcel, or purchasing an item in store. If you are standing in the wrong place for doing any of these things, you will most likely lose your place in the line and be directed to the right register. Not particularly friendly staff.
