Wonderful staff and very friendly environment. My son was reluctant to go to preschool, but was soon very eager thanks to Melissa and Kellie. They brought out his creative side & helped him with his toilet training and he hasnt looked back. Highly recommended
We had a great day at Oakvale Farm. We got to feed the animals, pat the koalas. They offer a tractor ride around the grounds. Most of the animals can be approached and patted, great day out for the kiddies!
Always professional. Nurses are reassuring when it comes time for children to have there immunisations. Friendly staff and they will make every effort to get you in to see someone even if they are busy.
This is top notch Family Day care.My kids just love going. Quality, professional & caring service. Strict yet not scary for kids. Lots to do and my kids have learnt something new every day they have been there. Thumbs up Madeleine!!
I went in to buy a mobile wireless modem for my laptop. After informing them my laptop only ran Linux not windows they signed me up on a contract for the modem. After getting home I discover it didnt work, so took modem & laptop into them. Salesgirl sat & fiddled for around 45mins trying to get modem to work, her boss walked in took 1 look & said it wouldnt work because modem was only compatible with windows. My contract was cancelled, but it was so annoying that they didnt even know the compatibility of the product they were selling. A month later I received a $200+ bill for the modem,which took 3 weeks to be reversed. Not happy with the service & would think twice before going back there.
I had always had TERRIFIC service from LJ Hooker Cessnock up until about 18months ago when it started to slip. Though staff are friendly, they dont seem to be as bothered with tenants as they used to, which is disappointing as they used to be very on the ball with tenants that needed something done.
Caring and understanding when it comes to any illness your pet may have. We had some bad news with regards to our pets health and they helped us in every possible way to get him back to normal or as close to.
These pies are handmade and are unbelievable! They may seem a little pricey at 1st glance but believe me they are well worth every cent! Every possible flavour you can imagine, they have it! 5 thumbs up!!!!
I purchased a laptop from here and was told it would do certain things and it didnt. I was disappointed that the salesperson didnt know exactly what the product did, but still gave me wrong information. Other times I have been there I have been reasonably happy with service but just not on this occasion.
Staff have always been willing to help, whether it be by finding a DVD i want to rent instore or search for it online and get it in for me to buy. They have a wide range to choose from
