I went in to buy a mobile wireless modem for my laptop. After informing them my laptop only ran Linux not windows they signed me up on a contract for the modem. After getting home I discover it didnt work, so took modem & laptop into them. Salesgirl sat & fiddled for around 45mins trying to get modem to work, her boss walked in took 1 look & said it wouldnt work because modem was only compatible with windows. My contract was cancelled, but it was so annoying that they didnt even know the compatibility of the product they were selling. A month later I received a $200+ bill for the modem,which took 3 weeks to be reversed. Not happy with the service & would think twice before going back there.
they are a terrible shop i had a problem with my phone which was still covered and after waiting with the run around for 3 weeks i finally got my phone back with no numbers or photos stored and was told they were not covered only the phone was, what a joke these people are.
