american express are always there when i need them day or night. the customer service is great but i did once experience an ethinic person and could not understand them and had to ask for an english speaking person which made my experience a little uncomfortable but otherwise was fine...

the chinese is cheap, service good, you get value for money and when you finish your shopping you can grab a bite to eat in the cafe of=r take it home...the staff are always friendly

i have shopped at saxby's for many years and i always find them to be of great service and value. the shop is always clean and the staff are always friendly

the staff were friendly, the food was great, the facility was clean, but i did note the staff were really young and they really were not interested in me just talking to their work mate. i also found the air conditioning was exetremely cold
