I dread the day when my accountant decides to retire. My partner introduced me to MTS a couple of years ago. Not only are they really professional but reasonably priced too. I won't go anywhere else now.

I used to take my car to the dealership where I purchased it from but the last couple of services I had to take the car back so they could correct their mistakes. A: Down Under has not only saved me hundreds of dollars per service but I have never had to call them and complain.

The Chiropractor is really good at what he does and knows his job but the customer service isn't the best.

Kappy's is a very relaxing place to have your favourite tea or coffee. I have never seen such a wide variety of teas and coffees in one place. Their selection of herbs and spices are great. The food is delicious and their customer service is brilliant.

We've been going to them for years with our Schnauzers. Each time we have been in there our dogs have been well looked after and have been very relaxed in there.

I think the stars say it all. I have never had such bad customer service or have had to make so many trips to a store in 2 weeks
