Very happy with the service provided for our beloved dog, turn around was fast and service was great with drop off to our door, hand delivered and beautifully packaged.

This year I have had three retinal bleeds. Albert has always fit me in for an appointment during these emergencies, sometimes even staying back after hours, to examine my eyes and give advice.
He has a wonderful knowledge of emergency services in the area and uses his contacts to ensure I am treated by specialists quickly.
Albert takes the time to explain exactly what is happening to my eyes and I feel he genuinely cares for my health and well-being.
I cannot stress enough how having Albert as my optometrist brings me Peace of mind in these challenging times.
Albert deserves accolades for his exceptional customer service.

Staff are always friendly. Food is home made and tasty. Lots of vegetarian friendly options. Very good coffee. Sometimes menu can be a bit scares after the lunchtime rush, but overall a great little cafe and love that the proceeds go to help those in PNG

Other Sofia's in Melbourne serve reasonable food. Unfortunately this franchise gives you trough of inedible garbage for a few dollars. Yes its cheep-and nasty. So disappointed one of Frankstons only eateries on the beach is a rubbish as this. I wouldn't go there again if they paid me!!

Contacting Melanie @Tlc calm birth & beyond was one of the best decisions I ever made. Melanie is a wealth of information and thanks to her guidance and the wonderful calm birth program, I had a dream birth. I cannot recommend Melanie highly enough
