Hi, I am Rob and I currently work for Australian Laser Charge. I have previously owned 2 businesses in the last ten years and David has in that time through Inferno promotion looked after all their advertising and promotion work. And this business was a retail store where we dealt with cartridges and second was an online store and now we deal with cartridges again and I look after all the advertising and promotion, and I am still with Inferno.

Right from the very beginning when we were running our first retail store we actually started from scratch and we had little idea about the best form of advertising to really make the business work. David came to us with a number of different ideas encompassing TV, Radio and newsprint and when we looked at only alternatives we started with radio and we developed from there to the stage that we had a full-on 30-second TV commercial, that was about two years down the track.

The thing that really impressed me was that David looked at each individual market, he talked to us and worked out who our target market really was and then he looked to each individual radio station and TV station to see who was actually watching those programs and then he would advise us the best station, the best program and the best time slot to be on. And we found this an incredibly and effective way of advertising.

Since the days we owned our first retail store we have moved on quite a lot and I ran an online business for some years before moving into my present position. One of the things that's really impressed me during that time is Inferno’s website development. We had an experience in this business that I am presently in where we went to another supplier for some time and the website ended up in and absolute shambles. I call David into the rescue and we suddenly started getting excellent results on our website again with hits, follow-up, enquiries and web-based orders.

Unlike some companies that do website maintenance and nothing really happens as a result. When we used inferno we found a big difference is that website maintenance and the result was a very measurable result. We could actually see the figures increasing and we could see the changes they were making actually bringing positive results.
