I know, a lead or external auditor is employed by someone else to check on us, but I have to say, there's a lot of merit in business owners attending ISO Lead Auditor Training, so they fully understand what's required to ensure success. I'm now very confident about my business achieving accreditation.

As I explained to a colleague the other day, a QMS isn't much use without Quality Management System training! And if you choose a provider such as Standard Consulting, it's all part of the package anyway. I highly recommend them.
