I will be doing all I can to warn people NOT to use Zubias Threading at Bullcreek Stockland shopping centre. The woman butchered my daughter's eyebrows, totally mismatched, one so thin as to be almost not there! My daughter usually goes to Ziboas at Booragoon, who do a great job. When I complained the woman tried to talk her way out of any responsibility, stated that my daughter's eyebrow was half missing when we got there (!?!) and refused to give a refund or name! Disgusted.
I have had my eyebrows done a few times with Zubia. They are always able to see me within 15min. They always look great. The staff really know how choose a style to that fits in with your face. Its painful but no where near waxing. Its fast only 15min or so, but i do normally get a but of redness and swelling so I try to allow an hour between threading and getting ready to go out.
I'd never heard of threading before I purchased a scoupon for this. I had my eyebrows threaded; it was quick, relatively painless (compared to plucking or waxing), the service was incredible, and my eyebrows looked perfect. I will definitely be returning!
