I had my laptop die completely a few years back, and took it here. They had a look, (for about 20 min), and discovered it was completely broken. They didn't charge me at all. Excellent service.

I recently needed to purchase a DVD drive for my computer and these guys were really good. they new exactly what i needed and gave me the help and info i needed to do it myself saving me money.
