I purchased a Macbook Pro Retina 13" but wanted a faster CPU. ZeroThree gave their best estimate of the delivery time and keep me appraised at all times as to the status of my order (without me asking them). In the end I received my laptop a week in advance of their estimate.

Macbook Pros have no user serviceable parts - if you want something a little custom it has to made by Apple before it is shipped to ZeroThree. ZeroThree were very transparent about this process and at no time did I feel they were giving me the run around.

Customer service is a high priority for ZeroThree and it shows. This was my second purchase from them and on both occasions no small detail was too much trouble.

ZeroThree are the best technology company I have ever had to deal with.

After paying for express delivery I waited 3 weeks for the goods promised in 7 days. Then when I wanted to cancel the order the goods were amazing in stock and sent. Then when I received the package there was nothing in the box. No goods. The box had been tampered with and no goods. Very suspicious but $1200 down the drain.

Ordered on the 23rd (day it came out), came on the 28th. Very contactable and quick to reply, and the pickup option was helpful (and close to where I live) for someone who isn't always at home for delivery. Also offered an education discount, which I don't believe they are obliged to do.

Who buys a brand new $2,000+ laptop online?
Certainly not me... that is until I encountered this business.
With an intention to simply gather information and go into a 'real shop' to buy my new MacAir, I made initial enquiries via the Zero Three website. The speed of the reply, professional response and indeed ability to answer my technical questions in simple language compelled me to take a plunge and spend over 2K to buy my new laptop online.
The experience was faultless and probably the happiest I've ever felt after spending so much money. Delivery was swift, follow up communications superb and I simply can't speak highly enough of my experience with Zero Three and will recommend this company to anybody wanting to buy a new computer - online or otherwise.

Really helpful advice before purchase. Excellent service and communication throughout the purchase and delivery process. Definitely the best prices on Mac products in Melbourne. Will purchase all of my Apple products from these guys in the future.

Fantastic. Great price and service. The staff are very friendly and their Bay St location is convenient and close. It is also right next to North Brighton train station, for anyone using public transport.

ZeroThree is an authorised Apple Mac reseller offering that rarest of beasts in the computer world - trade-ins!
I wanted to replace my large desktop computer with a smaller laptop - only problem, it was only 3 years old, and cost quite a lot of money.
I couldn't justify giving it away, or purchasing a new one and hoping to maybe sell the old one privately (as suggested by the local Next Byte store).
ZeroThree to the Rescue! I Googled "Apple trade in Australia" and up popped their name.
I emailed them a description of my computer, and they gave me a guesstimate of it's value, dependent on actually seeing it.
I could then purchase my new laptop secure in the knowledge of how much I was going to receive back.
To sweeten the deal, I was able to get an ex-demo model at quite a lot less than it's retail price, and it's only "used" in the sense it's been used instore, not secondhand from another customer.
It came with a warranty (I was able to register it with Apple, which is important), full lifetime support (which Apple definitely doesn't offer) and the latest Apple OS and software already installed.
I was then able to transfer the data from my old machine at my leisure., ensuring it was up and working properly, before erasing the old hard drive and shipping it back - I then received my trade-in amount.
ZeroThree offer slightly cheaper retail prices on their new Macs than other resellers, so even with the cost of shipping (not expensive, under $40 each way) it's still cheaper to buy from them. They trade Australia wide - I live in Tasmania, and I've seen testimonials on their site from WA, so distance isn't a problem. They sell all Apple products, iPads, laptops, desktops.
I'm very happy with how quick and easy the whole process was, I'll definitely be making my future purchases from them, and I'd happily recommend them to anybody looking to buy an Apple Mac product.
