24 hour "delay" for "security" on transfer to an account for the first time. Even an Osko transfer.
Not sure what security. Apparently they can't cancel the transaction.
As far as I can tell this is specifically to inconvenience customers. Even more amusing when the transaction has been processed previously in the past.
A company offering financial services should be able to tell you immediately where your money is and what a 24 hour "security" delay on a transfer is for. Customer support could explain neither.
Changing to Zeller was an easy transition the ternimals are easy to use for staff and customers and the back of house operation is simple. Added bonus of being Australian owed.
