They use Incompetent installers who can't even install a solar system with addons properly. Plenty of lip-service, yet when it comes to quality of work there are gaps which only an electrician would pickup and point out. Then when found out many years later, these guys ghost you.

Great service you first speak to Amiiyty she was so bubbly and so helpful it was great to have someone so positive and happy to speak to about our enquiry. Something i hadnt had with other companies so westside were on top already Roland then came out and he went beyond to answer our questions my wife was unsure if solar was for us but Roland explained it all and gave us a great deal and was a fantastic chap. i could not fault him. I found the installation team and installers were good at there job i highly recommend Westside have referred family who have installed as well done Westside.

After speaking with Nick and getting my quote I could see this was a great price. I went with the quote and had it install very quickly. It was so easy , if I had any questions I would call up and got the answer. Very Professional

Right from our initial inquiry re Solar System to quotation and final price negotiation the salesman Michael O’Connor was very professional, friendly, and he was not a “pushy” salesman at all. He answered every question with back-up evidence for such information. Thereafter, the back office response from Nick was very prompt and efficient. We were very impressed with the installers Joey ( JP Electricals ) and his assistants were very punctual and efficient and with great customer-service skills. The electrical works was very neat to the finest details. Now All we hope for Is (a) no further hassles with the system but they have asked us to contact them anytime should such need arise anyway, and (b) some serious savings on our electricity bills! We would recommend Westside for Solar system job.
