The staff here are well trained in customer service! In fact, they are the draw card! I really appreciate how they make an effort to answer your queries and if they can't answer them, they will find someone who does. I've sought help regarding refinancing my mortgage, creating business accounts and worked with Joy as well as others who have been super amazing in their service.

we have tried many banks over the years and this westpac branch is a cut above the rest. Good customer Service from staff with a positive attitude.

I had gone in with the family to get a loan for a house together. the service was ok but i feel they could have been a bit nicer. got the loan ok but have always had issues with the big banks.

what a great branch - the staff always greet you with a smile and if you are a regular they know you by name - its a real pleasure to deal with the staff in this branch
