This company installed fujitsu ducted system in new home on 10/11/21 without adding a filter over the coil, which caused poor cooling/heating, alot of error codes and power overloading (according to fujitsu tech). Rectified the issue 1.5 years after installation at no charge due to poor workmanship by employees. Now the unit is burnt out and has to be replaced by fujitsu warranty with, out of pocket costs.
