My laptop screen broke on the inside somehow and the people in charge of the warranty wouldn't honour it. I tried a couple of places but no one was willing to touch it.The guy who runs vicscan said he would have a go at fixing it for me. He managed to source the part, and had it delivered. The new screen was dead on arrival, so he went back to the supplier got a refund and then went somewhere else. Now my laptop has a new screen and works perfectly!

Also because the first screen was dead and the second delayed he gave me a discount as an apology!
