Bought the mop and 2 replacement pads. Really like this mop, cleans my floating floors great using the flat side, and the noodle side I dust the fittings and table legs on black coffee table. Very happy. I use wooden floor cleaner in a spray bottle, spray the flat side of mop and spray the floor as needed.

I am really happy with my purchase. The cable length was great, and adaptable to my Dyson D15 upright vacuum cleaner. My husband with some minor adjustments, was able to connect to all electrical sections, switches etc., safely. I am now able to use my vacuum cleaner again, without ragged wires in my cable. As I could not purchase a new one from Dyson, as they no longer make replacemnts for my vacuum, this was agreat alternative to throwing my vacuum away. After writing to Vacuum Spot they replied with this great alternative. Very Happy.

Ordered part on back order. Was kept informed of status but unfortunately the supplier (Godfreys) then delayed by 3months. I decided to cancel my order and received a prompt refund.
Would use this company again as no fuss or bother. 1st class customer service by phone and email.

Needed a replacement motor for a LUX 1000 vacuum cleaner. The replacement motor for a model LUX 900 has the same part number and was subsequently installed without any issues. All works well. Thanks to the assistance from the staff.

Delivery was something of an ordeal thanks to my own work place and AusPost. The parcel was rejected and returned from WA to Victoria despite my exhaustive efforts to intervene, esp with Aus Post.
However, when I called Vac Spot they were efficient and helpful, and resent the delivery cheerfully and without additional charge, even though the problem was not of their making.
Needless to say the delivered parts were all present and correct, and despatched by Vac Spot in a timely manner (twice!).

I was a bit skeptical about these guys as I didn't know them and I had always gone to Godfreys to buy parts for my Wertheim.
Well I was wrong and they were fabulous, super helpful with one part that was on backorder - instead of just sending out my order with half the products they messaged to tell me and find out what i wanted - well I didn't want double postage so i was happy to wait. Then I found a few other things to add in so they just refunded the whole order, then I ordered the extra things in one order - very nice customer service and super helpful.

I don't normally write or comment on companies however, on this occasion I will indulge myself.
This part was ordered around midday on Monday March 10, it is now midday Friday March 14 and according to the message from Vacuum Spot, the part has only just been posted.
It would seem that although only a small component, this order has "sat around" the premises for four working days wondering what to do with itself before someone woke-up and suggested it be posted !!!!
So unless things take a dramatic change of course, I would still class the service for VacuumSpot, as 'bloody hopeless'.

Love love love my new vacuum powerful and I can go around the whole house without unplugging it. Suction is very good and it fits on your back easily and very light weight.

We have been looking for this type of Vac with outrigger for our workshop floor. Had a discussion with a technical salesperson regarding the suitability of the Pullman WD60LSSO 60 Litre Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner with Outrigger (11500131) ^ and went ahead with the online order, the unit arrived in WA on time, free postage, not damaged and after a couple of months is doing a great job.
