I have short hair, and I just go to Under Cuts for a Hair Cut. I have been going to this salon for a number of years.
On my recent visit I noticed that they have changed owners, and many of the hairdressers have left.
The remaining hairdressers seem to be quite good.
It is a budget salon, and only charge $15 for a style cut. There are "No Frills", so this cost does not include a wash or blow wave. These can be purchased for an additional cost, but not forced.
The quality of the cut varies between hairdressers, but overall I find Under Cuts to be a good budget salon.

I only go there for a haircut. They are extremely cheap, $15. If you want a shampoo as well, it is another $5. They are quick and do a very good job. I have been continuing to go back there because they are so good and so cheap.

Always listen to what I would like. Cost is great as you only pay cash. Usually up to $20 less than any other place. Chatty but not too chatty. Do not try to convince you that you need other things done when you don't. Good budget hairdressers.
