If I could give 10 stars, I would! A once-in-a-lifetime experience delivered by true masters of their craft — Ultima Music made our wedding a dream come true.

From the moment we booked with Ultima Music, we knew we were in good hands — but nothing could have prepared us for the sheer magic they brought to our wedding day. This business is completely unethical and immoral.
COVID-19 caused the postponement of my sons 21st. Every supplier for this event has suspended its service until further notice without any fee.
This business took the full amount from the holding credit card regardless of the email agreement that we would pay on the night.
Obviously the business was pooling in al monies holding knowing full well COVID-19 was about to suspend their income to future events.
Then the business tried to say due to already occurring costs like test and tag electrical equipment that we couldn’t get full monies or hold it for future event.
It’s now been a full month and finally the business refuses any responsibility and wants to charge us an extra $200 to reschedule.
Untrustworthy unethical and unprofessional.

Highly disappointed. This has to be the worst child entertainment/DJ around.

The DJ who came to our place on 8 Dec 2019 (James) for my daughter's 10th birthday party has no idea of what he was doing.

- He just put on music with his ipad and did nothing else.
- He brought along a trainee and kept chatting to her the whole time
- He did not know how to entertain kids and had no idea on engaging kids
- He stood behind the speakers and never stepped out
- The kids kept complaining of getting bored and parents in the party thought he was hopeless and never seen someone this bad.
- We prompted him to entertain kids multiple times but to no avail.
- We told him about a couple of fun things to do with the kids (which is did) and then stopped again.

We did reach out to the Ultima music to provide feedback but they seemed to think this is their format and what he did is expected from their performers.

Don't waste your time and money on these guys. Just play your own music instead.

They charged us $400 for 1.5 hours too!!!!!

Very disappointed. The dry ice didnt even cover a third of the floor- as quickly as it came out- it dissipated. Expressed my concern to the guy and his answer was to move up to the middle of the floor!! Same problem just different position- absolutely nowhere near enough coming out of the machine. Total ripoff of $350 and would never use them again! Margaret

You’re master of ceremonies was AMAZING. Right from the get-go he introduced himself, was very charming, spoke with confidence and precision and yeah. He organised everything like it was nothing and therefore my wedding ran smooth as! Also I think you’re customer service team was great in a sense that they we’re really quick to sort everything out for me and everything was organised within a couple of days.

The DJ was superb, he really had everyone on the dance floor and shaking it which I have always wanted to be an absolute necessity for my ideal wedding so that was good.

The dry ice was very good for the wedding. Didn’t leave any residue for me to clean up, super friendly people. Good stuff ultima musicc.

Firstly your customer service was amazing, you made it really easy for me to book and organise the DJ. Then when the DJ showed up he was well presented and came with a whole bunch of lights which was awesome, then he got his set-up together and it looked awesome and pretty much after the first song he had us all in the palms of his hands. Good stuff.

We hired DJ and Dry Ice for my wedding and oh my god was he amazing, right from the get go with the bridal waltz he had us all on the dance floor and we partied for a solid 3 hours straight.
Once we were too tired he’d play a slow song and yeah.
The Dry Ice looked beautiful and they delivered on everything they promised. The pictures looked magical as I'd wanted them to be.
So all round I am very satisfied with the service provided and I look forward to booking with Ultima Music again.

We hired out silent disco headphones and it was a really cool and unique experience, they let us party all night without any complaints from the neighbours and yeah, thankyou.
The DJ we got was great and professional too! He had the crowd dancing for the better part of the evening. He took most of our requests and stayed the extra hour at our request.

Our master of ceremonies was great. He had a quick wit about him which I think everyone liked and he made the room die of laughter a couple times too. He was super organised and announced everything clearly for everyone to hear.

WARNING! If I could give this business zero stars, I would. My wedding was cancelled, and cancelled our booking with Ultima music with 10 months notice. They have demanded half of the booking fee payment and continued to hassle me since. They went so far as to take the matter to VCAT and were unwilling to compromise or mediate, pulling out a never-before-seen invoice in the hearing to completely undermine me. Would not recommend and would never book with these guys again. Would rather go without!

Arrange a DJ for a work function, showed up early and was setup and ready to go. Handed our play list and everyone enjoyed themselves.
Staff at Ultima really helpful in arranging what we wanted on the night and it was flawless. Have already recommended to friends and family and we have booked them for our next event.

I used these guys for my Wedding last week.
They were incredibly good! We ordered a package deal with the dry ice, MC and the DJ.
They were in touch with us the week before the wedding, got the run sheet organised as well.
On the day there were earlier than promised and the DJ was able to get the crowd was the dance floor most of the night.
My wife was so happy with the dry ice and the pictures looked great too.

Rented the dry ice service for my marriage a little while ago, and it was beautiful! It came on just as I my partner and I were dancing our first dance and every person was telling me how magical it was. The guys who came with the dry ice were on time, and super friendly and accommodating! They even suggested were a good place to set it up would be and took their time with us. Thankyou so much for giving my wedding that extra touch of beauty. It was amazing!!

Oh my god! We had such an amazing party. Hired a DJ from Ultima Music for our hip hop theme party and the DJ played incredible tracks and kept raising the tempo the whole night. My friends and their friends loved the music and I was so relieved that I hired a DJ service that actually didn't suck. Definetly gonna book the same DJ again...

My Mates and I used an Ultima Music DJ for a party. We booked it in a week before time and we were given a music list to chose our songs from. The staff were easy to talk.
The DJ Played RnB and Top 40's through the night.
The DJ worked the room and turned the tunes down when we began to sit down and talk as well.
I would use Ultima again for sure.

My Parents hired Ultima Music to be the DJ's at my 18th Birthday.
Through the process of booking, I called them up quite a few times to make sure I could have the music I wanted on the night. They directed me to their online music list and explained how I could use the music list.
On the night, my friends requested quite a number of songs and the DJ either played the music from his list or just pluged in their phones.
The dance floor looked incredible with the different lights going in the dark.
I would definitely recommend Ultima Music for anyone looking to have a great time.
