After emailing my request and not hearing from them for over a week, they apologized for not getting in contact. Since then 3 appointments have been made with him but none have occurred due to varying excuses...At no time did they contact me, it was always me chasing them. Who knows if they are good at what they do but they are so bad at customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They just fob you off and/or leave you waiting for an appointment made, that they have no intention of keeping. There are other repair companies out there who actually know what customer service actually means, but this company certainly does not...avoid them as they are totally unreliable.

Requested simple replacement DVD player for PC. The management, came to my place and found they could not fix on DVD player on the spot. They took CPU away to their home to fix over night. I picked up the CPU next morning, paid $120 cash, then tried out DVD player at home. Player did not work correctly as would not play original region 1 & 4 dvds, only burnt dvds but very slow. Rang management and they said they had someone with them and would ring me back. Some 4 mobile calls by me later and still no management. They were avoiding me. They were only contactable through their mobile phone. I looked at the supposed DVD player and I swear it looked the same as the old one. I have been so upset over the last few days with this management. A major disappointment now, as I move on to find an honourable PC repairer.
