We offer fixed-fee conveyancing. No hourly rates, no hidden costs, no surprises. You'll know exactly what youre paying upfront, whether you're buying or selling. That includes contract reviews, legal checks, and support all the way to settlement.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Our fixed-fee pricing starts from $849 (inc. GST), but the final quote depends on the state, type of transaction (buying or selling), and type of property (e.g. apartment, house, off-the-plan, rural). Well give you a clear, upfront quote before you commitno hidden fees, no surprises.

Yes. Our lawyers and licensed conveyancers are registered with the relevant Law Societies and regulatory bodies in NSW, VIC, and QLD. We also use industry-leading platforms like PEXA and InfoTrack to ensure secure, compliant digital settlements.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

We charge fixed fees, split between an upfront payment and a settlement fee. So, youll always know what youre up for. Pricing depends on your state, the type of transaction (buying, selling, or transferring), and the type of property (apartment, house, land, or off-the-plan).
