I couldn't recommend The Rapid Wrench more highly! Mike was fabulous and very flexible going back and forth in the booking phase, and Matt did a bloody beautiful job on my older-model Bianchi roadie (which I love dearly but have sadly neglected for 6+ months and was riding it in less-than-ideal shape for 6 months before that!) My bike needed a new chain, new brake pads, and a full service.

Matt also got my 10yo step son's bike up and racing (hopefully not too far ahead of me!), which I'm sure will to revive his love of a weekend ride. I'm very confident both bikes are safe and tuned up!

The communication beforehand and on the day are second-to-none, and the pricing is ridiculously reasonable, especially in this climate!

Only downside was that he was 30min late, but he let me know well in advance, so no issues there.

This is my first experience with The Rapid Wrench .
I rang and got a response straight away and made an appointment for the next day for someone to come and service my trusty old bike.
Mike arrived punctually in the pouring rain, was a nice courteous man and did a thorough job lasting not quite 3 hours.
He explained what had to be done and gave me a price for each part needed before he proceeded with the work.
I left him to it , got my bike back and took it for a ride straight away- it felt good and performed well.

Easy for me. Pro service, new disc brake pads, new 6-8 speed chain and a new 8sp cassette, all done at the van outside my house with no fuss.

Mike was referred to me by a fellow Zwifter and he didn’t disappoint. I’d been putting off getting my trainer bike serviced because I didn’t want to be without my trainer but finally had to bite the bullet when my attempts to get it running failed. Mike was responsive and accommodating to my schedule and he and Finn serviced my trainer back to smooth and like new! So happy with their service. I will definitely use them again and won’t put it off next time!
