Very impressed with the professional service and reliability of Dane and Chris who attended and fixed our blocked pipe situation right on Christmas. Explained everything he was doing, and even cleaned up when he was finished! Your number is locked into my phone!

Phoned plumbing effect on a Friday afternoon, they said they were available after 4pm which was brilliant for a Friday. Chris came around about 5pm and looked at the issue and gave me options of what I could do, he was honest and reliable. He managed to get the issue sorted the next day, would highly recommend.

Very courteous and advised he was running late hence the delay. Very nice guy however the invoice was not itemised and we thought the cost was very expensive - $286 for replacing a valve. 5 stars however for service from initial contact till job completrd
