Professional training with a relaxed atmosphere makes it very enjoyable. Michelle is very friendly and has very good knowledge. A great experience even for a first timer like me.

I went to a reiki share day last weekend. I wasn't sure what to expect but from arriving to leaving I was made to feel very welcome in Michelle's business. My treatment was explained before and after the session and things I was told where spot on . I felt comfatable through out session and so relaxed I could have stayed all day. The last week I have slept better feel much more alive and can wait for next session. Thank you

I had my hour of Reiki yesterday. Michelle, the lady who runs The Blue Butterfly is very friendly and her home is gorgeous..I was taken into a treatment room and removed my shoes and hopped up on the little bed..the room was lovely and nicely dimmed with some candles and background nothing music..and when I got on the bed Michelle put a pillow roll under my knees to ease stress on my lower back, then covered me in a snuggly blanket for the treatment. When I was comfortable she put a weighted eye mask over my eyes to quiet them and in darkness and with extremely soft background noise Michelle began my hour of Reiki treatment. I was extremely relaxed afterwards and thoroughly enjoyed my first Reiki experience! thank you Michelle for offering reiki treatments!

I had an ion detox foot spa at The Blue Butterfly Healing Rooms. I couldn't believe the colour of the water with all the toxins that came out of my body. My feet felt amazing after. You need to try this.

I had a Reiki session at The Blue Butterfly Healing Rooms and it was great. With a 2 year old to run around after, all day, I don't have time to relax so I was surprised when I actually fell asleep through the session. Michelle also did a short Reiki session on my toddler. My toddler was a bit standoffish at first but calmed right down pretty quickly.. I was so relaxed and can't wait to go back. You have got to try it!

I have been a client of Michelle's since January this year. From the moment the session started, the change began, the healing began and the reiki energy under the gifted healing hands of Michelle began to flow and do its work. I went to my first session with an open mind and zero expectations. Although I exercise regularly and practice meditation, a series of very stressful events occurring at the same time in my life meant I had trouble relaxing fully. I left the first session with a deep sense of calm, and kept going back over the next few months as I worked through the difficult life events I was in the middle of. I felt so peaceful, content and healed after each session that this was indeed great value for money. My friends at first did not understand why I choose to go to the Blue Butterfly Healing Rooms for Reiki. After a couple of months, seeing what at positive impact it had on me, they started asking for Michelle's number!

I am a very highly strung anxious person and I suffer from insominia and findnit very hard to relax. I went to see Michelle at The blue butterfly and Michelle suggested reiki - She mentioned that the session would be 45 minutes to 1 hour - she then started the reiki - then she told me that it was finished I got upset as I thought I have only had a 5 minute session - I said to her you told me it would be a 45 minute to
An hour - she showed me the time and it had been 55 minutes.
I had actually been in such a relaxed state that I think I went to sleep - I have never ever had that happen and especially to go to sleep out of my own surroundings which normally takes me at least 30 minutes to unwind to even begin going to sleep. Michelle has really helped me learn to relax and unwind and the reiki has improved my sleep to the point where I haven't woken at night where as I usually wake every 2 hours-!thanks.
