Ordered a skip through them because their price was competitive. Had hire of skip for 3 days but filled it immediately and called for collection. They were without their skip for 20hrs and made us pay extra money because rubbish went just above lip of skip. This was never told to us prior to hiring and other skip companies have never charged excess. Moral of my story is stick with hiring skips from bigger companies that quote a price and honour it!!! Paid cash for this job too to avoid their credit card surcharge.
