Highly disappointed.
I made an appointment for a measure and quote and received a phone call 40 min before the appointment time from a lovely apologetic lady in the office advising that the staff member who had been booked to come out had been trying to find our block of units for half an hour already with no success and didn't feel it worth his time to continue. We never received a call from the actual worker organised to come out to ask for directions, and no request for help on the directions to get there as he was still 40 min early.
Our unit is set in an area of a few blocks but has plenty of parking available for him to have parked and called us for further direction assistance.
My husband took the day off work for this appointment, and the information I was given over the phone was the staff member felt it would be too much of a hassle for installers, they would not be coming out and did we have anyone else booked to come do a quote. Completely gobsmacked at the lack of interest in the work and disappointed in their response and costing us a day of my husbands wage.

We have had security doors and screens put onto our home and office by Taplin Security. Bill, is a good person to deal with and very knowledgeable. The product is a superscreen mesh that has made our outdoor area on our balcony insect proof and totally secure. We can now leave our balcony doors open all the time keeping the house breezy and fresh in warm weather without any worry about bugs or burglers! The job is always neat & professional. Any problems and they're always ready to assist. Highly recommend.
