Surepaint

I was told that “we charge more because we do a better job”. I was charged $11000 for a deck, 2 sets of stairs, window frames and trims. 3 coats he promised. Surfaces were not properly prepared and 18 months later the paint is coming off the stairs, bubbling on some surfaces and peeling on others. The sanding dust wasn’t removed properly , so the paint picks right off. And 3 coats my ass. If you hire these people, watch them like a hawk. I’ve never felt so ripped off . Two weeks after the job, they’re on the phone asking for a 5 star review

The lady “Marley” who answers the phone is beyond rude, so unfortunately she’s forced me to go elsewhere.

I think a company that has all their reviews recorded in a period of a few months in 2016 (5 yrs ago) with references to Glenn and "The team" is quite questionable. There is no team and I have strong doubts about the veractity of these reviews.

Glenn has done a great job with our 3 bedroom house. He takes a lot of care and is very knowledgeable. He works really hard, and obviously takes great pride in his work. The team also provides a thoroughly professional service from start to finish, high quality is standard. I’ll definitely have Surepaint back again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

I had Glenn and his crew in to do a house painting in our old home. We went through everything meticulously. Glenn offered a fair price and he is very brilliant in his field. They done a brilliant job and my parents loved it! Very punctual, very clean and tidy, they take out their trash after work. Highly recommended - Surepaint is surely a company you can trust.

Surepaint really does an excellent work. I am very impressed with what they did on my wife's couture shop. It's like an instant make over! They took an extra effort to work overtime just to finish the job. What I most like about them is their cleanliness. I was so delightful from the beginning of the process till the end. He returned calls promptly, showed up on scheduled time, stick to the quote's price and finished the job quickly. The team cleans the whole working area and left not a single drop of paint. I am so happy I went with this company!

Very professional team of painters, I am glad that I decided to hire Surepaint among other painting company here in Queensland. Surepaint just finished a job for us that included painting the whole interior of our house and also painting of a 17 year old wooden statue that has been stained dark. We are very satisfied with their workmanship and these guys really have some skills! They did a very fantastic job on the house and it looks very refreshing. I just came back here in Brisbane after 10 years of working in New York. It didn't surprise me that my house is a mess, so as its paint. After some repairs from nearby carpenters, I called Surepaint to fix everything the house paint for me. I also asked Glenn to take care of the color matching. He agreed and so they began working. They changed the color in every room, repaint the stairs, the walls and every single corner of my old house. After the project, I barely recognized my own house! It looks very fantastic and homey. What's not to like about Surepaint? They are surely the most efficient commercial painters here in Brisbane that I have encountered within my years of dealing with different painting contractors. They work very quickly and clean all the dirt and clatter in the area after work. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Here's the thing, it costs me a lot of phone calls, had received a lot of estimates but only Surepaint seems to know what I was looking when it comes to a painting project. I talked to Glenn and told him that I needed someone to do some house painting for my newly bought house here in Brisbane. He was more than happy to attend my needs, gave me a reasonable quotation price, and explains each and every detail clearly. Glen and his team have a great eye for even the smallest detail. My house was painted with the old style oil based paint. After years of wear and tear, the paint began cracking and peeling. I had had a good experience with Surepaint before, when they painted the interiors of our office. So, I contacted them to have a look at the outside of the house.
Glenn actually took the time to offer some advice as to what i could do with the house. I had got 2 other painters out before surepaint and they just suggested the most expensive option with exorbitant prices. Surepaint was the only company which could tailor a plan to suit our budget and needs.

I got Surepaint to paint the interior of my house when I was getting some reno work done. What impressed me most about Surepaint was that their service included more than just the painting. Glenn and he's team really went the extra mile in regards to colour selection, paint selection and just guided us through the whole process. We got 4 quotes and Surepaint was mid ranged but we are really happy we decided to go with them.

I have used Surepaint 3 times now. first was the exterior walls of my house, then 6 months later inside walls, then our deck. Glenn is really good to deal with and every time iv used them its been hassle free . The painters at Surepaint are extremely friendly and focused on their job too. Great painting company.
