With employment, we either work because we have to,, or you have people that love doing what they do ,if you are looking for a clinic that will provide the best for you I strongly recommend you start a relationship as I have since 1980 and now my family, has seen the above and beyond service given .

After visiting almost every VET clinic in the west and being dissatisfied we were referred to S.V.C and I have never been happier!
Dr Sos is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he is still very passionate about his profession. He provides his diagnosis very clearly unlike most vets whom I find play with your heart strings just to make money.
Not to forget the two amazing Vet Nurses, what can I say, they treated my dog as if she was their own and provided a very warming welcome each time we returned.
Its very obvious you are all 'animal people' who not only consider the pets feelings, but their owners too.

I recently moved to Sunshine and decided to take my pets here based on reviews and have not been disappointed. The staff are fabulous and treat your pets as though they are one of their own. Yuri is a highly experienced vet and provides top notch service and really cares. Our dog, Pomegranate, had a simple surgical procedure but developed complications post operatively (not the fault of staff), and the service we received surpassed my expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team at Sunshine Veterinary Clinic work hard to provide a caring, friendly and professional service. We appreciate the time they take to not only care compassionately for the animals, but to make sure the humans also have the right information about how to keep their pet healthy between visits. We have been taking our 13 year old cat to another vet and we were disappointed by the level of care and service.

From the moment I called to make an appointment I had a good feeling about Dr Sos and the staff working at the Sunshine Veterinary Clinic.

We no longer felt as though we were just a number and Dr Sos took the time to really examine and discuss with us his findings and recommendations. He showed great compassion and warmth and our cat, who at times has had some anger management issues at the vet, was very calm and relaxed throughout the consultation.

I am so glad that we made the decision to choose the Sunshine Veterinary Clinic and could not recommend them enough.

I can not recommend Sunshine Vet Clinic highly enough. All of the staff treat my dog max like their own and provide practical advice and care. Max is almost happy to come to the vet where he knows he will get extra pats and treats. The fees are very reasonable and they have good opening hours. Most of all you can tell they really do care about the pets that come into their clinic. I cannot imagine going to another vet.

Excellent nursing staff and a very experienced, warm, and competent veterinarian. Fees are always very low.

The experience has been amazing. We've been bringing our pets here for years and the care is phenomenal, even for our more obscure pets (chickens and rats). Dr Sos and the vet nurses are some of the nicest people I've ever met and always welcome you with a warm smile and nice joke.

We took our dog here for her flea and vaccination treatment. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly and my dog loves them all! Dr Yuri Sos is a patient and extremely well experienced vet. He doesn't give you the run around, just honesty and we really appreciate it. Was charged for what was treated on the day, and no pressure to do other things that weren't required. Found the price extremely reasonable and are open on Saturdays towards Xmas a bit later. Thanks so much, my dog loves you and even got a treat when she finished from the lovely assistant!

Merkomon is the Factory dog at Glencardie Constructions in Sunshine and has been for abouts 8 years and is everybody's mate. Being a fluffy, white, slipper dog (malteze/shihtzhu), hes probably not the most common breed for this tough working environment however he holds his own and even queues up in line at the Tuckshop Van each day for his sausage roll and politely waits his turn to be served. Being a 'blokey dog' he hadn't been desexed but when an ávocado'' sized tumour was discovered nobody knew if he'd ever been to a vet since his vaccinations? We rang a few Vets locally but couldn't get him seen for about a week and we were all worried for him as he wasn't his grumpy self until we spoke to Ella at Sunshine Veterinary Clinic and she said "bring him in straight away" haha, we don't think he'd ever been on a collar and leash so a sparkly bright pink collar and leash with diamontes was promptly purchased..haha.. Woww.. Merkomon was promptly examined and Dr Yuri Sos said he would operate immediately!! Pheww, soo lucky! it wouldn't have been an easy job for Dr Yuri as the tumour was advanced but everything went smoothly and now Merkomon is happy and back to his grumpy old self and supervising everybody and making sure everybody is doing their work!! Dr Yuri also did a dental check and removed some very rotten teeth that no-one knew here knew that he had! We were given a worse case scenario with a minimum/maximum cost so that we were prepared and we all "chipped in" but Dr Yuri only charged us for what was required and what he did and we were very happy! Special mentions to Ella and Sheila and Merkomon now has his very own Vet!! Lilly provided a lovely Floral arrangement for the girls and a bottle of "something" is to be given to Dr Yuri in appreciation!

I was struggling to find a vet who had some experience with budgies.. My budgie had been quite ill for a few days and all the vets in my area happened to be booked out on this particular day. Until finally I rang the Sunshine Vet Clinic and the vet was able to see me. The phone manner of the girl was pleasant and soothing.. Also she mentioned they would not charge me full price since they don't specialise in birds and I appreciated this honesty, it shows excellent work ethics. I was very impressed by the vets natural instinct and experience he showed when checking out my budgie.. within only a few minutes, he was able to conclude that there might be some sort of kidney infection and prescribed antibiotics. Within 4 days, my budgie was well and happy again. I would highly recommend this Clinic, as the customer service was lovely and the girls showed empathy. The vet seems to be highly experienced, very natural and was patient and willing to answer any concerns I had. I did not feel rushed at all, and have now decided to continue going to this clinic.

i am so happy my lucky and april feeling better now. i am very happy with this vet . i been went to few vet clinic already. it is really hard to find a good one . my dogs are my family ,i treat them like my own child. i found the good dog food for my dogs ,the staff and doctor,they are so friendly and honest,thank you so much .

I have been a member of the Sunshine Veterinary Clinic "family" since it opened. I could write a book about the experiences we have shared over the years - there would be quite a few sad bits but it would be a great story full of the absolute best care of my adored German Shepherds, the occasional cat and myself by Yuri & his fantastic staff (special mention - Mel, Ella, Sandra)
The support & advice given over the years has been unsurpassed - ranging from "having babies" to that final consultation. The care given has gone well above and beyond the call of duty. I have gone to other vets when I have had to & it always makes me realise what a marvellous practice Yuri heads. I can never recommend these dedicated professionals highly enough. I can assure prospective clients that a visit to Sunshine Veterinary Clinic is the best decision you will ever make on behalf of your pet, and yourself.
This is only a brief comment about a practice I absolutely rely on & trust completely to be there for expert care.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Sos at Sunshine for over 40 years now and I would trust him with my pets lives. All of the staff and Dr. Sos are extremely caring and I would recommend them to anybody.

Dr. Sos has been our family vet for many years for both my sister's pets and I, having just moved back into a nearby suburb recently I had no hesitation in seeing Dr. Sos again when my dog became ill. He is still the warm, friendly and most knowledgeable vet that I remembered him to be! Waiting time can be a little bit long sometimes but that's because he takes so much care with each and every furry patient. Thanks Dr. Sos and team! Woof from Miley!

Dr Sos has been our family vet for many years now & wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff & Rosie are always amazing & you know your pet's are loved just as much you do!! Great clinic with great talented people (& pets!)

We just relocated to melb from WA and weren't familiar with the area. I found that Sunshine vet has positive online reviews and my experience with them is even better. Receptionists are so friendly and helpful, the vet is very trustworthy. I have been to many vets due to my dogs' pre-existing condition and Sunshine vet is the only one makes me feel that they do really care about animals more than making a profit

Well its no surprise all I'm reading are positive conments...dead set best vet...poetic and true. Staff are brilliant... Different to any other vetenary clinics we've been too...funny to say it but its just like they're family! That's special cos family always wants and knows best! Thanks guys

We have a small zoo of animals, dogs, cats, chickens and even had a snake! We have used SVC off and on for 15 years with many of our menagerie but things become harder when we moved house. Two weeks ago we took our smallest girl Molly to our local Vet where she was misdiagnosed. Molly is a 10+ year old English Cocker with night blindness and a few other degenerative age diseases. We were not happy with the treatment provided by our local Vet so we packed Molly up and sent her to the team at SVC.
Although she was diagnosed with a sinister tumour and a few other problems, the care and course of treatment she was given by SVC has turned her into a new dog. She is happy and pain free. We can't recommend the team at SVC enough. They are the only people we will trust our loved ones with.

Our cat Murray had been finding it very hard to urinate so we called Sunshine Veterinary Clinic to see what the problem was. Dr. Sos and his team really cared for our cats health and booked him in for an appointment straight away. Dr. Sos is a very caring vet who educates you very well to understand what is happing to your pet and the best treatment. Our cat had to have an operation and a few nights stay. During everything we were in contact with Dr.Sos and his team who let us know how Murray was going, we couldn't be happier with how he was treated, it really was like he was one of their own cats! We highly recommend seeing Sunshine veterinary clinic as it is a caring and professional practice.

We moved to the area about 4 years ago and when our little mate began to feel unwell we took him to a local vet. Without mentioning names they appeared to be more about the money than the interest & care in animals. Then, we made the best decision we've ever made and went to see Dr. Sos & his wonderful team (Ella & Natalie) at the Sunshine Veterinary Clinic. I honestly believe that they loved our little man as much as we did. I speak in past tense as we recently lost our little mate to a heart condition, but we honestly believe that we got at least another two years with him thanks to the care given by Dr Sos. The care and concern shown towards our family since the passing of our beloved family member has been above & beyond what anyone could ever expect. This lovely team really, really care! I cannot thank Dr. Sos, Ella & Natalie, enough for all that they have done for us and I highly recommend them if you want your pet to be well looked after and cared for. We look forward to getting a new Pup in the future and can't wait to introduce him to the wonderful, caring team at Sunshine Veterinary Clinic.

I've just got back from overseas and had a lot to catch up on... Vaccination, flea, wormer, wash & claws... Love the down to earth, honest service at this clinic & advice tailored to my budget...

we have been going to sunshine vet for a couple of years and they have been good and they keep us well informed and are very helpful so yeah good on them

Amazing, very welcoming and professional! My cat went in for a tooth to be removed (day surgery) .
The surgery was performed without a hitch and my cat didn't have an issue! She was little wobbly but the refused to release her until she was good to go! So caring

My dog suddenly became unwell the other day and whilst our usual vet was happy to see her as an emergency, they were also busy dealing with some emergencies and suggested there could be a little wait. Also, we were about 25 mins away because we were out for the day so we decided to ring Sunshine Veterinary Clinic, just 5 mins away, and they said they would see our dog immediately. We raced over and WOW what incredible service and medical care was given to our dog. The were so kind and caring and quickly diagnosed the problem and administered some treatment which saw her improve very rapidly. We were very impressed by the commitment and attention and even the price was reasonable. Doggie is good as gold now and we were pleased to have found another wonderful veterinary option.

My old dog had a degenerative heart disease, and for her last 6 months I saw the Sunshine Vet Clinic probably monthly. They were warm, friendly, affordable and generous with their time and advice. All the staff, especially Yuri Sos and Ella, were as kind as I could ever have wanted. When Piggy finally reached the end, and we had to put her down, Ella wrapped her in a soft, pink, flowered sheet for me to take her home, and a week later sent me a beautiful card and poem, which literally brought tears to my eyes I was so touched. This is a great Vet practice.

I have been taking my pets here for many years and I find Dr Sos to be a very thorough and lovely vet. He truly has the animals best interest at heart and does not mind hanging around to answer any questions or explain things to the client.
