Good products for fair prices. With the service there didn't seem to be enough people to supply fantastic service hut at the same time they were crowded

Approximate cost: $100
Took my computer to get a new DVD drive inserted and was charged $175! Was told that there was no warranty on the work! Door on computer no longer closes because re-assembled skewed (but don't trust him enough to take it back). Computer now vibrates. My son has also had bad experiences with the guy using used parts and claiming they were new.
