The owner of this business is honest and ethical.
Asked him to advise me on a problem I had with my blinds - he came out to look. I expected it would cost me to refit blinds/at least one new blind.
The cost? $0
He explained a no cost way of achieving the result I wanted. Someone who will do that, rather than attempt to get you to spend money when it is not needed is not only honest but also understands the real value of reputation in my book (and I should know, I'm a quality management consultant )
When I next need a blind, I won't look any further.
