We will never patronise this store again. Absolute joke for service. Left our brushcutter there for a replacement coil. Never heard back. Chased them up - sob story about too much work coming in (good problem to have) & not enough staff. Finally got it back - cost over $100 but problem not fixed. Turns out it was only serviced - coil NOT replaced. Took it back again & bought a new brushcutter at same time (>$500), with instructions that wanted coil replaced on old unit as agreed. Mid-transaction Employer goes to help other customers & leaves us hanging for ages. Months later not a word on repair. Couldnt find us in the system. Employer said "...but you bought a new one". Finally they replaced the coil - with a 2nd hand one! Went to collect it & walked out in disgust. If you want excellent professional service, go to Emmetts at Balhannah - only decent Stihl dealer in the Hills. Avoid Mt Barker at all costs.

I am a regular here, always checking out what is new. Purchase both of our new ride on mowers here, excellent customer service and prices. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. If they don't have something in stock that you are after they will get it in for you and give you a call. I highly recommend these guys.

I have been going here for over 10 years now, there are new owners and I actually like them even more that the previous owners, they have gone out of their way to order in some parts i needded and within a couple of days I receive a call to say everything has arrived. Very affordable.

My husband and I needed some new blades for our ride on mower so we gave Troy a call to make sure they had the right ones in stock. When we arrived he had them waiting for us. It was very busy, yet he still made time to answer some question we had regarding buying a new ride on in the coming months. We will definitely be purchasing our next ride on mower from here, we purchased our current one from here over 10 years ago and have only had a couple of small issues.

This is the best place to purchase and service your ride on mower as well as the usualy lawnmower, chainsaws ect. They always have the parts I need, and my mower always comes back perfect. Service is friendly, prompt and reasonably priced.

I purchased my ride on mower here a few years ago, they have a great showroom with many various brands of both the standard mower and the ride-ons as well as brushcutters,chainsaws, trimmers etc.. I take my mower here for its yearly service and have always been happy with the work done. Pricing is very reasonable, they inform you upfront and have found the customer service to be excellent.

Definitely recommend you check them out when looking for your next ride-on, chainsaw, trimmer etc.
