One of my friends in the Lane Cove west has used Solvent Green's service, especially with Installation team. They've been superb in their work. I've also come up with another company which is one of the best in service and support, Network Maintenance in the same area as well.

I had issues getting our image to load on one of the new toughpads; FZ-G1, L19 Bios. The technician Davit Santoro was outstanding with the work he performed. He got back to me in a timely manner. He was very thorough and communicated the work he was doing without any delay in time. He was also quick to respond to emails which was of extreme importance as I'm working on a tight schedule.

They have been doing a lot of work for us for several years now. Primarily looking after our servers, desktops, backups, firewalls, everything really. Of course, I'd like to pay less for all this, but admittedly they do deliver a pretty good and fast service.

First thing in the morning we realised that our internet and e-mails were not working, our modem had died. To top it off our GM was working away from the office and his VPN into the office had collapsed, a separate issue but on the same day. Mark from Sterling was great, he was able to get one of the techs out here straight away to get our modem replaced to get us back online and then get the VPN for our GM fixed up all at the same time. Within about two hours we were all back online without any hassles.

We are a commercial and industrial real estate company. Sterling IT keep our servers and computers up to date and make sure they are working properly. The staff are friendly and always helpful. I must admit I do call and email them regularly, but there is never an issue they can't handle. Mark and his team provide a great service, would totally recommend.

Sterling IT are one of our partners who we get in to help us with networking and IT work which is not our core strength. I have found them to be professional, very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for the client so they make us look good.

We have a team spread across Australia and New Zealand; they keep our computers and servers up-to-date with all and protected and functioning efficiently. The staff is helpful and able to assist staff respective of their computer skills and any issues are resolved quickly. I would highly recommend Stirling to anyone who appreciates honest efficient, quality servers and information.

Sterling IT have set up our entire computer system from server to the individual desk tops including the connection of a second premises into our network like they are sitting right next to us, in addition they also monitor our system and manage it monthly. No issue is to small or large and being able to speak with Mark directly when I need to makes all the difference, would highly recommend Sterling IT.

Just like everyone who has been using the internet on a regular basis and for a period of years, my computer started filling up, lagging and became very slow & i could not fix it myself no matter what i tried. I used sterling it to come out (as they provide a mobile service) and they had it up and running and back to original speed in no time and for a very acceptable price.
