I have been for about 8 sessions now and I am really happy with the enthusiasm and support with the wonderful personal trainers Koula and Tania. They push when needed and let you work at your own pace. The business is two years young now and some of the participants have been attending this long and they are clearly are experiencing some great results! A nice balance of guys and girls and no princesses makes a very comfortable environment to exercise in. Nutritional plans and advice are also available if you wish.
