Chris arrived on time and did a marvellous deep clean job on my 20 year old cream carpet. There was a large area of the hall carpet stained with the vomit resulting from a stomach bug which no amount of 'home' cleaning would remove. One application by this company and the carpet is as good as new. Overall cleaning is great as well as the consultant, Steve, was careful with placement of plastic under the furniture legs.

I had the carpet in my lounge room and 2 bedrooms cleaned. There were several stains in the lounge room and my teenage girl's bedroom had a lot of make up stains. They spent a lot of time working on these and carpet came up looking like new. I was very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend. I found the price to be quite reasonable.

Steven was professional and helpful. He worked quickly, but never rushed the actual cleaning of our lounge suite. He made sure to cover every part of the fabric, and it now looks and smells great!! Very thankful that I went with Stainbusters, these guys obviously care about their work.

He is my goto Man for Carpet Cleaning. His specialty is difficult to remove stains and he is an expert. I've had to call on him twice to remove the pet stains from Hell and twice he's just about done the impossible. Not only is he effective, he's also prompt and courteous. Pay for bottle of 'Little General' spot cleaner and he'll refill it for free every time he visits. Well worth the $$$
