I am addicted to this app I love buying deals from spreets I've bought so many things from spreets I've bought restaurant vouchers and the restaurants were great and I've bought stuff for my phone and other bits and bobs and the delivery is really quick and I've never had any problems and its great getting home to find your parcels at the door
Another of these places that offer specials at way below the full price normally everything from accomodation shopping health and beauty treatments. Well worth putting your name down for their regular email specials
Spreets have some fantastic deals and the savings are great, but their customer service is well below par.
I recently purchased 4 vouchers for an offer, they were redeemed within timeframes and what followed can only be described as a joke. The original Company Deals in Australia did not and to date have not replied to any emails, Spreets did not provide a contact number when requested. And twice Spreets staff members provided incorrect information regarding my order.
Honestly the prices are good but the lack of credible customer service has totally put me off. Next course of action will be to unsubscribe from Spreets.
Positively shameful behaviour from the afore-mentioned business! Based on this (and latter reviews), we will likely avoid this establishment. Thank you for the heads-up. Regards, Reeces
I'm generally not a big fan of these online discount sites because when it comes to service they're usually quite disappointing. Spreets is no different. It can take a while for them to respond to emails. However, they do have amazing deals especially restaurant ones. I've bought a few here in the past 12 months and I've saved at least 50% on each deal, not bad!
I bought a voucher for hair cut, colour and blowdry from them. The voucher was quickly sent to me, and easily redeemed from the hair salon. The prices for the deals are as competitive as other similar sites for group buying.
Have bought a few deals on spreets, but have found them not to be that great, have bought nearly 10 deals, I have to get 3 refunds.
They do provide the refunds which is great, the service is not always great though. The compaines that provide the serif ice are not that fantastic which is why their using spreets to promote them.

Refund being offered is great, well.. it's the law. Service not being up to scratch? I think that's a big no no.
Its a nice idea, but fails to really deliver. Just can't compete with similar sites and services, and has, for the most part,been a waste of time.
A slightly above average website which gives you deals for eating out and going out. Not the best of sites however because some of their prices are very average and you don't really save that much.
Spreets offer a good variety of deals but don't always seem to be as good as some of the other deals sites. I still love checking my email to see what they have on offer each day, but probably end up buying from the other sites more. I have purchased a few of their deals and haven't had any negative experiences. Had 1 occasion where the product couldn't be supplied because of a quality issue, but Spreets eventually refunded my money so all was OK in the end. The referral program is great and you actually get your credit(s) pretty quickly.

I bought from Spreets a few times and found them to be ok. You really need to pick and choose the things you want to purchase but they are ok overall.
I purchased two vouchers from spreets, they still have quite a while till they expire, so hope the place accepts them, if so it was a big saving
I cannot warn people enough to read this company's Terms & Conditions, they sell a service for a third party however if that service is not available or in my case advertised they were part of an eminent specliatist when they weren't. Spreets not only took weeks to get back to me, but refused to refund my money and quoted their T&C. Do not deal with this company if you want service, reliability that you can in fact redeem the voucher you purchased, or just plain decency. I also know the goods we purchase are not what you would receive if you walked in off the street, they are tailored to the price and in most cases you would have been better off paying full price. I have never had a service that was worth the money.

I have had some good experiences with buying online vouchers via daily deals and on two instances I found the business closed down and it took me many weeks to get my refund.

like other reviews I have had mixed experiences with spreets. deals are very cheap but just beware of some merchants inflating their prices (many restaurants). I purchased some bras in november and I'm still waiting for them!
Spreets is an online kind of like coupon site. You buy the coupons and something happens. I don't think spreets is TOOO trustable.
Have purchase a few 'bargains' from Spreets but have been unable to redeem any of them as yet. Vouchers are only sometimes sent via email, and most in my account are blank. I have repeatedly requested help to resolve this, over a period of several months, to no avail. I recently had a voucher expire (after contacting them beforehand explaining that the voucher was blank.) They did not reply until almost a week after then voucher expired and then the response has been along the lines of, voucher has expired, so there is nothing we are prepared to do.
if you used your credit card to purchase these deals, contact your bank and they will refund you the charge.

This is one of the better daily deal websites. They have deals that are mostly over 50% off for things like pamper packages, holidays, food, sport adventures and much more

Another great coupon site to save money on restaurants/entertainment/spas/massages/harbour cruises etc. I have also had coupons from this site (I receive daily emails from them with their special deals) and have been fully satisfied with the service from all the participating companies. It is a great way to give a gift without spending a fortune or to have a good time out for yourself. Once again you can only get the coupons from the website.

Awesome online shopping deals with savings or around 50% on average - great offers sent via a daily email - if you like, you buy.
The quality of the offers is great, the value is excellent but the problem is with the Retailers offering the service. Many are not prepared for say, 500 new customers! You can imagine.....so what many of them do is only allocate selected time frames for Spreets customers which means your well-meaning Christmas present/gift may not be able to be used for months because they are "booked out". In the case of beauty therapy, you often get Junior staff doing treatments that they are not experienced in. Often the service ends up being rushed and you feel like a bit of a second class customer. As far as restaurants go, well I've heard "Spreets customers can only dine of Tuesday nights" etc.
Spreets are all about selling the deals to the Retailers, not the end customer. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY and read the fine print.

I bought two different vouchers from them in January. I successfully redeemed one but I had a terrible experience with redeeming the another voucher with a different merchant. And I informed the spreets team of my case via an email to support and their facebook page. It took several messages on facebook for them to respond to my email. But they were happy to refund me no questions asked and I didn't even ask for a refund. Good customer service but a bit slow to respond to feedback. I am really satisfied with the outcome. And I will purchase again in future when I see a good deal. Especially when it involves getting pampered.
I purchased a voucher from Spreets last year and have been trying to contact Fusion Hair and Beauty in North Sydney but seems like they have gone out of business. Have been trying to contact Spreets for a refund but can't reach anyone there. They have not responded to the emails sent and can't reach them. I would never buy anymore offers from them as the support and service levels are hopeless.

Have used them a number of times to purchase gifts for friends at unbelievably great prices. My only concern is that if you do have a problem it is very hard to get it rectified.
Great website that sells "experiences" like discounted "dinners" "night outs" "Day spas" "Hair packages" "family photo packages: and many many more. Once you join you'll receive an email advertising what the "Today's Deal" is. I managed to get a day spa package that was previously $400 for $99. Really worth joining.
Great website that gives a great deal for each state each day. Definitely good value. Have had no problems when making purchases so far.
Shocking customer support, shocking ability to respond to customers. I joined and booked several packages from them. they always have a problem, whether its getting the vouchers for the service you order correct or even getting a voucher to you. I have not been able to log in and despite emailing them 20 times or more they never respond.

Spreets is a group buying site which offers discounts to anything from restaurants to beauty treatments. Spreets state that they will give you a $10 refer a friend fee but so far this has not materialised. Furthermore, I am not able to log-into my account with them - I have been waiting weeks for this to be rectified. I would caution anybody thinking about buying anything on the Spreets site.
Every day they have a new fantastic Deal. The service is fast and very easy to use. I would recommend them highly to everyone I know ... ;-D

The Spreets deal i did was fantastic - i paid $10 for $40 of wine from winemakers choice who promptly delivered my wine 4 days later - very happy indeed
They have all kinds of deals with huge savings and all these deals last 24 hrs (some longer)- todays deal was soldout after 1500 people bought it $39 for $159 of massage therapy
