I recently had a haircut at Hollywood Cutters. I was very pleased with the result, the stylist understood what I want and managed to rectify the last cut (which was terrible). I would definitely return to Hollywood Cutters.
I had my hair cut and coloured at this salon. The staff are very friendly, and the stylist was professional. I would recommend this salon and I would happily return again.
I recently had some laser hair removal done at this salon. My experience with them was excellent. They were professional at all times, happy to re-schedule appointment times and always provided a fantastic service. I would certainly go back there
I actually bought a voucher for the above business on one of the latest group buying sites. It took me several attempts to contact them by telephone - their line was constantly engaged or nobody answered. I made an appointment for last Saturday afternoon and when I got there, the place was all locked up - nobody in site. I was furious that I wasted my time and petrol going there. I am now seeking to get a refund from the group buying site, as I do not wish to deal with this business at all.
I found Don handyman on the WOMOW site and contacted him. Some pavers had come loose in my courtyard, plus some other minor garden works. Don was busy when I originally contacted him, but has promised he called me back and arrived when he said he would. His work is excellent and his charges are affordable - if you need a handyman, try Don
The food at Curves is quite ordinary and doesn't really represent good value for money. In fact the bruchetta was really unpleasant. The location is good with a view of the water however, they will need to do better in order to atract repeat business.
I had a meal at 57 the other day and really enjoyed it - in fact the bruchetta was the best I have had in a long while!! The main course was also good and the only criticism I would make is that the service was a bit slow - otherwise good value.
I recently had a meal at L'Angolo and I woul highly recommend it. The service is prompt and very friendly and the waitress happily explained the three different types of pizza on offer. Food is excellent and their pizzas are unique
I bought a pamper package on one of the group buying sites (Spreets) for this day spa. The owner's manner was quite unfriendly, plus the towels were not changed on the bed after an oily massage. Furthermore, the deal was advertised as including a $50 voucher for the next visit, however the owner refused to honour this, saying she only gives a $50 voucher if you spend $150 on treatments at a subsequent visit. I certainly won't be returning to Papillon nor would I recommend it to any of my friends/family. If the attitude of the owner does not improve, I believe she will find herself out of business very soon.
Headmasters are a good option if you do not want to pay a lot of money for hairdressing - of course the end result will be how good the particular student is - so it can be a bit risky, bit generally I have had a good experience there.
