Spotlight

I ordered custom made verticals in Feb. The guy that came out to give me a quote was very nice and friendly. I did state we needed sun block as the room gets extremely hot in summer. He said the verticals we ordered where fine. A month later, they were installed, quickly and efficiently. I noticed a couple of blades were creased, there was grease on the cords and they weren't closing properly. I rang Spotlight and they came and took them down 4 weeks later to get them fixed. The blades were left on the floor and they only took the brackets. They told me it will take 4 weeks. The manager did bring us out some temporary blinds. (An extremely helpful lady who couldn't do enough to help us). On the day of the 4 weeks, I rang and said I want a refund, as I am not waiting any longer. I was told, Head Office were arguing about whose fault it was and therefore had not fixed them yet. I did receive a refund straight away. And the verticals we ordered were no good for blocking sun anyway. This whole thing took 3 months and now we still have no curtains.
