The staff here go above and beyond to help with a project I was working on. Their is everything you could ever need with lots of varieties. It was a pleasent experience and I will be back!
Love this store. If you search around you can find almost anything you want. They have a huge product range. Its sometimes hard to get service advice because the staff are always so busy but when you get to the counter you have to take a number which makes everything so fair. Unfortunately when I was there yesterday they had signs up that because of the end of the lease they will be closing down. Let me tell you Sydney Road won't be the same without them.
What a shame they are closing dowm! There are less and less places where you can buy quality material.

The customer service here is terrible everytime I have been there they have been really cruel to everyone and including myself they just don't care about there clients they have little conversations amongst themself very un professional
